Additional Required Fees Besides Product Price:

Shipping fees will be added to the total amount displayed (Japanese consumption tax of 10% does not apply). Shipped via FedEx, DHL, UPS, or EMS (Express Mail Service).
-For domestic shipping within Japan
Consumption tax and shipping fees will be added to the total amount displayed (shipping fees may vary depending on the total quantity of products).
-Customs Duties
At the time of customs clearance in the country of receipt, customs duties, other import taxes, and customs clearance fees may be imposed. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient, so please pay directly to the delivery or customs broker. Please note that tax and customs regulations vary by country, so for details, please contact the customs office of the receiving country.
Delivery Time:
-For international orders
Normally shipped within 31 days after sending the order confirmation email. Delivery may be delayed depending on the courier. Please understand in advance.
-For domestic orders within Japan
Normally shipped within 31 days after sending the order confirmation email.
Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges:
Customer-initiated cancellations (due to incorrect size, order mistake, or different from the image) after an order has been placed are not accepted. *Please note that there might be a slight discrepancy (about 1-2cm) in measurements for products made of knit fabric or stretchable materials.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped upon arrival. In such cases, please notify TOBÉ STORE via email (tobecrafters@gmail.com) in advance and return the item, and we will proceed with an exchange or refund if the returned product arrives within 31 days after delivery. If the product is out of stock and cannot be exchanged, we will process a return. Please be aware that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted under any circumstances if more than 31 days have passed since delivery.
*The shipping cost for returns received after 31 days will be borne by the customer.
Conditions for returns or exchanges include:
  1. The product must be unused.
  2. The product must be returned with all original accessories, attachments, and invoice in the condition it was delivered.
  3. Other conditions as specified by our company.
Even within 31 days, we cannot accept returns (refunds) or exchanges for products that:
  1. Have been used at least once.
  2. Have been soiled or damaged due to customer negligence.
  3. Have been altered, repaired, or cleaned by the customer.
  4. Have had their product packaging damaged, lost, or disposed of.
Due to the nature of viewing on computers and mobile devices, the actual color of products may slightly differ from their images. Please understand that we do not consider this a fault on our part.
Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges:
For initial defects or wrong shipments
-If a different product from the order sheet is delivered.
-If the product delivered has initial defects (damage, scratches, stains).
→ All shipping costs related to returns/exchanges will be covered by our company.
*If we cannot provide an exchange stock, we will process a return.

For other returns:
→ All shipping costs for returning or reshipping will be borne by the customer.
*The method of refund may vary depending on the payment method at the time of order. Refunds:

Refunds:
-In case of our responsibility,
such as defective products or wrong items, we will refund the full amount.
-For exchanges or returns due to customer preference,
shipping costs at the time of dispatch, bank transfer fees, and cash on delivery fees will be borne by the customer. We will refund the difference after deducting these amounts from the product price.
<For payments made by various credit card settlements>
In the case of payment by various credit card settlements, including credit cards, it will be processed as a "refund procedure" of credit card payment. Depending on the customer's contract with the card company, if a return crosses the card company's billing cutoff date, the refund may be carried over to the following month or later. We are unable to check the contract details regarding the use of the customer's credit card, so please contact your card company directly for details.
